I paid $300 for an account on xerq.net web forums and they banned me on 09-25-2013 and never refunded my membership subscription, never even contacted me offering me a refund. Beware of paying for a paid subscription on XERQ, if they don't like you they will ban you without refunding the money you pay for premium access.

Dear Ketchup,

You were banned for finding pictures of our members and posting them, along with having over 20 infractions (mostly racism-related). We've been extremely lenient with you, but you continued to break the rules and therefore were banned from the forums.

The $300 subscription is optional and refundable within 5 days of ordering. Since your account was banned for abusing our terms of service, and because the refund period lapsed, we wouldn't have been able to refund this order and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
