Complaint Review: XFactor Sports

XFactor Sports Xfactordirect.comJackthehammerhamm The company sells gold clubs that are worthless and put in place an elaborate return scheme to prevent customers from returning the golf clubs. It's a total ripoff. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau as well as the state attorney general's office. I plan to submit complaints to multiple state BBB's and AG offices and other social media outlets. Centennial, CO 80111-6437 and 3940 West Nassau Cir Nationwide

Golf clubs were ordered with the understanding that they could be returned in 30 days and a money refund guaranteed if not satisfied. The clubs were delivered (FedEx Oct. 15, 2015) and attempts to return the clubs began on Oct. 21, 2015. The company indicated it would not accept returns w/o Refund Authorization Number. Customers could only get a Refund Authorization Number by calling 800-318-3755. Countless attempts were made to contact the company to get a Refund Authorization Number.

No one answers or returns calls (8003183755) at customer services # to provide the Refund Authorization #.The company also indicated it would not accept any returns w/o the Refund Authorization #.  Without that number they try to keep your money. It further indicated that clubs had to be returned by FedEx only and it would not accept returns w/o the Refund Authorization # being on the FedEx box. The company clearly has developed an elaborate scheme to prevent customers from returning its inferior product to defraud them of their money. I advise all golfers to stay away from purchasing anything from this company XFactor Sports – golf clubs!

Never use a debit card with a company like this. My bank said indicated they would have had more involvement if a credit card was used instead of a debit card.
