Complaint Review: Xfees.com - XFees CanadaInc

Before you read on I would like to say I, William Harrison, that I am the proud owner of XFEES CANADA, INC, a federal incorporation in Canada having trademarked XFEES. I agree we need a watch dog to help the little guy out there and I have always agreed that the BBB in my province of Alberta is a false security plagued on the honest homeowner, and most Rip-Off-Artists have been members of the BBB, and have myself taken steps to help the little guy by not 1 but 2 newspapers in Canada which can be viewed at these domain address: http://www.AlbertaWeekly.com and http://www.CanadianFreePress.com. I personally called today the owner of this website at: (((REDACTED))) and talked to a gentlemen that said he was the owner but never gave me his name, and who said he never really has the time left to review or read what most or all of these reports put on his website. Anyone can place a report here without it being checked or verified by anyone. The owner also said he's had his life threaten and most everything one would want, done to him, but still doesn't care as he feels he's in his right to do what he is doing and thinks he is helping the public with the way his web site is working for him. To get to why we are on this web site is simple but we agree will probably do us more harm than good and we feel we are being victimized by 2 people that are nothing more than people that are used to getting their way or else. I run XFEES CANADA, INC and we allowed another company to set up as a provincial incorporation under the name XFEES.COM INC and the 2 people that ran most of the very first campaigns were Wilf Fitzpatrick of Edmonton of sunrooms-etc.com and his stepdaughter, Tina Perkins both of Edmonton, Alberta. What was being done in order to get noticed to the Edmonton public was allowing around 20 homeowners that were wanting to sell their home by For-Sale-By-Owner to list on www.xfees.com properties for sale, at no charge, not one penny being paid for this service. XFEES.COM INC was to pick up the tab for these listings. Before the campaign was completed I, William Harrison found out some information about Wilf Fitzpatrick that we now felt we were not going to allow him or his office to continue any further under the our good name XFEES, and put a stop to all activity and issued a legal letter to him at his office. XFEES CANADA, INC now was in full possession of the website at http://www.xfees.com and felt it only right to keep all the existing listings on the site until such time these homes were sold or ran their course. I was then going to concentrate on building a better model for the franchises we were selling for next year. But getting to why our report is on this site, I received a call from Sean Jigolyk and Valerie Dezwart both of 6308-135 Ave in Edmonton, Alberta saying they were contacted by a Tina that they allowed into there home to take pictures and were wondering why their home was not on our web site at xfees.com. I explained to them I did not know of them or had ever heard of them mentioned when we confiscated all the files from Wilf and Tina, but would take a look at 3 folders we had of pictures that we now had in our possession. I told these people if I did find their file I would put them on the site for FREE! but was not able to give them any lawn signs if this was also mentioned by Tina, they said they just wanted their home on our site and did not need anything else. I looked for their pictures, which I now knew, were not apart of what we had and was supposed to call them back, which I did, but there was no answer. I then got a call the next day which was August 3rd, 2004 on my cell phone while I was in a Midas getting repairs done to my truck, from Valerie Dezwart and asked her if I could call her back as I was very busy and wasn't in a position to talk to her at this time, she refused to let me call her back and starting saying things like if I don't do this and that of what she wanted she was going to report me to the BBB, at which time I said if she felt this was right then to call the BBB as I could not help her anymore. Then I got the following email on September 11, 2004: Hi, This is the couple whom one of your reps (Tina) came to take pictures and measurements of our house at 6308-135 Ave. on August 15th 2004. From the conversation you had with my wife and myself you expressed some discomfort in starting your Edmonton chapter too soon. You also assured us our home would be on your site without having any signs which was OK with us. We are wondering what is happening with your company and your promises and if we should get ahold of the Better Business Bureau for your misrepresentation? Please let us know what your company is doing about this very unfortunate problem. Sincerely, Sean Jigolyk & Valerie Dezwart At which time I wrote them back and said the following: To Sean Jigolyk & Valerie Dezwart, In life one meets all kinds of people, some good, some bad, some who you think lost their minds. It almost sound like the both of you are the later. We do not give into threats, and in most cases, which are never, except for you two, do we get to deal with, or will deal with the likes of people like you two. Get a life!!! and stop being soo stupid, and grow up. Maybe you get your way with Department stores pulling off this type of behavior, this is not a department store. William Harrison *********************************************** If you, the reader feels that we have done these people wrong, I am sorry but I have to stand behind my decision as I feel these people are totally in the wrong for the way they treated me and are only trying to force our company into something we do not have any control over. As for this web site I feel if run properly it would have received my respect and that of the real honest people out there. The owner of this site is somewhat like these people, who care nothing for real justice and the real truth, they are only interested in themselves and care for no one but themselves. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF WHAT YOU HAVE DONE AND THE HARM YOU HAVE CAUSED.
