I recieved an offer in the mail for a package deal starting at $89.99 for 2 years thru Xfinity.  Three years ago we cancelled all but our internet thru them because of their deceptive pricing.  Because of this I called 2 times to make sure that the prices I was being offered were correct.  On the 3rd call I was informed the deal on the flyer I recieved was not available in my area.  But they could offer me a different deal which included a lot less for the same price.  i wish someone could explain to me how a company stays in buisness with the way this company practices their buisness. I never get the same answer from 2 employees.  Why would you send me an offer that is not available to me?  If i recieved an offer in the mail for something in a department store that wasnt available when i went there it would be considered bait and switch and the Federal Trade Commision would get involved and yet when i tried to file a complaint against Infinity there is nowhere to do this.  So Frustrating!
