Xfinity Comcast Been grabbing my ankles once a month for four years with these crooks Tacoma Washington

So I've been with Comcast off and on for 8 years I've tried other services and yes they have the market in my area cornered hands down they have the best Internet service and cable I give them that. But when it comes to billing I'm paying a car payment darn near every month to these guys I just called yesterday because my service was interrupted do to non payment so I called they tell me my bill is 519 dollars to have service restored are you kidding me so I ask when was my last payment made they tell me the 24th of last month I made a payment of 240 dollars ok so when did I miss a payment

they tell me I've made a 240 to 250 dollar payment every month except in April I made a 500 dollar payment ok so how is my payment 500 and some change now we bill a month in advance they tell me ok so I ask them if I pay you 520 dollars today when will I be billed again they tell me the bill processes on the 2nd of every month so by my calculations what they have told me is I paid 240 on the 24th of last month and if I pay them the 520 they say I owe them this month that on the 2nd of next month ill owe them another 240 that's over 1000 in 35 days that these crooks want I would love to kick these idiots to the curb but the only other carrier that offers Internet to my area is century link

I had them come do an install and there service in this area is terrible I couldn't even watch Netflix lol oh well I guess don't know what do because in this day in age it's tough to survive with out cable and Internet when you have a family. Never done any report like this before but comcast/xfinity has me so frustrated right now I thought it would be important to let other people know what kind of crooks they are if you have any other option for service please take it don't get caught in Comcast's web of bs deals and promotions they have no care in the world for the consumer that pays there employees paychecks if they treat there employees half as bad as they treat there customers I feel sorry for them.
