I enrolled in a 99.00 dollar per month deal after four month despite my payments I now owe 666.49 and with each bill I owe more.

What is the fine print did they say when you signed up? Below is what they said now.

 They have charges here and there after you sign up. The $99 does not include taxes & other charges from where you live. Did they charge for installation fee as a separated charge? I don't see any detail in your original post.
