NOT TRUE! Rebate Form from Tiger Direct and Invoice from Tiger Direct PROVES THIS.

Many submittals for validation by me have gone unanswered on their customer service contact form. They have no email address to send to. Postcard they said will come never came.

INVALID DENIAL!!!

Purchase Date and rebate submit date

The order date on the TigerDirect invoice is 2/9/2006. The rebate offer was good for purchases between 2/1/06 and 2/28/06. I do not have the exact date but I know for a fact that I mailed it during the third week of February. They processed the rebate and did not claim it was received too late. Their denial is based on saying that I didn't purchase in the rebate time frame allowed. But I have a copy of the rebate form and the invoice that shows otherwise. Rebate forms say that all requests must be postmarked within 30 days after purchase and I am sure that it was only 2 weeks after purchase. Thank you.
