Complaint Review: Xheli.com

Xheli.com I contacted their suuport email about a defective battery in an item that was less than a year old. Getting no response, I used their chat line. They said they would send a battery but never did and City of Industry, Internet

I am not 100% sure this company is located in City of Industry, but I am certain they are in the state of California.

I emailed them several times about a problem I was having with a micro helicopter I bought from them that was less than a year old.  They ignored all my emails.  I then contacted them thru their "chat line".  The chat person said they would send me a new battery for a charge but would get back to me about the details.  They never did and when I chatted to follow up, they would discontinue the chat session. 

After having this experience, I went on line and saw there were several complaints posted of this nature about Xheli.com-very poor customer support and follow up.  It was their customer support given email address that I sent emails to that they never responded to.
