XHEO do not honor their money back guarantee and their pricing is designed in such way so they can charge you for each time you need to get a bug in their software fixed. The software DeployLX comes with 90 days limited updates. If there is a bug in their software, and there are plenty, you cannot download update after the 90 days unless you fork out additional $390 or more.

I was unhappy with the software and asked for a bug fix for specific blocking bug but the owner Paul Alexander refused. At this point I was going to get a chargeback - after all I have paid more than $1000 for a software that stopped working properly after 4 months. Paul Alexander however threatened me that if I do that he will remotely disable all of the software we've sold to our customers with DeployLX protection embedded. At this point I had no choice but to suck it up and let him win.

Avoid XHEO, DeployLX and Paul Alexander at all costs.
