On January 23, 2019 I ordered a Long Sleeve Striped Shirt And Sweater Vest from www.topjara.com and used my American Express card via PayPal. They immediately charged my card and never shipped my item. I can not find a phone number to call and when I go on their website the only way to contact them is via email.
I emailed them my receipt from them asking when the item would be shipped. I can not get anyone to respond. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
