Please allowed me to bring to your notice the fraudulent and dishonest behavior of Xiamen Tmax Battery Equipments Limited. A Chinese company that I dealt with in the recent time.

I chose model 1, and the invoce of $2465 was sent to me including shipping. I made the payment in full through the wire transfer.
About 5 days ago the package arrived, I opened it and discovered that the compact nitrogen generator, the most critical part of the system was missing. I then notified my TMAX contact person, sale manager, David. Please find below my conversation with the contact person on Skype:

From the above, it is obvious that they did not deliberately include the compact nitrogen generator, which is the most critical part of the system, and which I already paid for as part of the package. And this to me is the highest level of dishonesty.
