Complaint Review: XIAO HONG

Xiao Hong contacted me via my website using email: mrktman@gmx.com  and ordered leads, he was told they would be delivered within 48hrs of receipt of payment and once he sent receipt of payment he demanded that he had been promised the leads immediatley and wanted them sent that day or would cancel the payment. I went againts my better judgement and sent him the leads valued at $1500 and the payment never came through to my bank, i then contacted him and got no reply, then sent another email saying i would report him if he doesnt sort it out within 48 hours and he then replied with an abusive email which was very explicit saying go ahead and report it and told me i was stupid.
