I purchased antenna advertised in national magazine in 12/22/03. After spending over 4 hours trying to get it to work, I gave up! I called the company for a return number, which they reluctently gave me after questions me numerously on whether I was installing the antenna correctly per their instructions.

Finally they issued me a return number and I shipped it within the 30 day return policy stated. I waited for a credit to show up on my credit card and 4 months later still have not recieved one! I have tried contacting them numerous times and have left my name & number for a return call, but have yet to recieve one.

It's is a shame that a company like this is allowed to ripoff consumers. This will not change my life style, but it will affect me ordering in the future from mail order or from the internet!!!!!!

Hopefully this will save someone else from ordering a "worthless" product from an unreputable business.
