Purchased Xium Air Antenna model Xma201, Invoice # 7975193, dated 5/16/2005 company promises 30 day free trial, product prooved to be ineffective from day one tried for three days to get it to work, product did not work as promised, called customer support twice for possible mounting suggestions only to get an answer machine (I have never been contacted concerning this).

It took three attemps to contact in order to receive the required RA# (which I finally got through Email)I very carefully repackaged the product within a week of receiving the unit and sent it via UPS 6/11/05 (the very next day after finally receiving RA#RXA665Z5)parcel shipping # 58812506.

I included a letter stating my disatisfaction of their product and service and made a firm request for the full value of the product $129.95 (this is due to the fact that they state on the return certificate that they will charge a 15% restocking fee if you send the item back without a RA# or if parts are scratched or missing. I know for a fact that all the parts were returned in as good condition as humanly possible.

Todays date is 8/15/05 I have not heard from them in any form at all.
