We ordered an Xium Direct Dish Type Antenna Dec. 29th, after reading the advertisement in the Rural Electric Missouri magazine, it was advertised as new Technology, that enabled transmissions to be received in City and Rural areas, the reception would be the quality of Cable or Satellite.

We installed the dish and tried in vain for four days to receive an acceptable signal, it didn't work as advertised. I very carefully packed the system, called Xium for an RA number, which I placed on the outside of the Box as instructed.

The Antenna was returned Jan. 12 and an Xium Representive signed for the Package Jan. 14, all within their 30 day return time frame.

I used my Bank Debit Card for payment, and noticed when I looked at my Online Checking Account, that Xium hadn't returned my money and it had been almost 6 wks. I called Xium and very nicely asked if there was a problem, I was assured my transaction had been overlooked and my account would be credited within the week.

My call to them was over a month ago, and I looked at my Account Online today, and no refund. I didn't have their Web Site URL, so I typed in Xium Direct, and much to my dismay, the first site listed was RipOff-Bad Business.

I would appreciate any help, and be quite willing to do whatever it takes to stop this from happening to other people.
