Complaint Review: Xium Direct

I returned a dish type antenna on Oct. 20, 2004 for a refund. They received it on Oct. 26, 2004 at their business by someone named Macworther. I called on Nov. 18, 2004 and was told the refund was being taken care of the next day.

I sent them 2 emails between that date and Dec.3, 2004 and received no response at all.

On Dec. 3 I called them and was transfered to a customer service rep. I waited 15 minutes, hung up and called again. This time they took my phone number and said they would call me.

As of this date, no phone call and no refund. These people are real ripoff artists. To bad I didn't see your web site before I ordered from them.
