I recieved my Xium Direct Antenna on 7/20/2004. It wasn't any better than what I already had. Since this product had a money back guarante, I felt it was worth a try.

I followed all the proper procedures for returning this item. My tracking # is 1z6x33500346862042. They recieved the product on 8/6/2004 and was signed for by "Gilbreath".

I called customer service on 11/1/2004 and was told that they had credited my account. I told them that I had never recieved that credit. He said he would run it through again and to check my account in about 3 days.

I just checked my credit card account online (11/21/2004) and still no credit had been issued. I will call them again tomorrow. Then I will notify my credit card company.

I got this ad out of a Magazine. I will also notify them.

I called Xium Direct this morning. I was told once again that a credit was issued on 9/7/2004. I informed him that I have never recieved a credit and he said he'd run it through again. I told him that was what he said the last time I called. I then asked him if they really do give refunds because it appears that I'm not the only one getting the run around. He put the blame on someone else.

Anyway, the good news is that as soon as I got off the phone with him I called my credit card company. Told them what was going on and they immediatly refunded me the full amount of $144.95! I was told that it would be taken out of their bank account and they had aready had 30 days to issue my credit themsevles.

So, if you purchased this item with a credit card, call your credit card company right away. I'm not sure if a debit card offers this same protection, but you should call and find out.
