Xium ripoff unable to receive customer support and refund Amarillo Texas

We received a XiumAir "Dish-Type" Antenna in 07/04. After realizing that the dish was not functional we requested a return authorization number for a full refund.

After numerous phone calls and messages to the company we were unable to contact someone directly. We then sent a number of e-mails with a similar response.

Finally we made contact with somebody and the return authorization number was received. The package was sent back to the company on 08/05/04 and we were informed that the refund would be in 6-8 weeks.

At this time, 9 weeks have passed and no refund has been received. We have attempted to contact the company again via their custonmer support line and numerous messages have been left. We have yet to receive any response from Xium.

I have never been treated so poorly as I have from Xium.
