Complaint Review: Xkr Essex - Fbnusa.com - Elias Stassinos

I am a real estate agent who referred this company to my client who was purchasing a building including the existing business. He had to do a simple dba filing and transfer the name to his from the previous owner. Very simple - one could easily do it themselves.

My client didn't want he hassle and paid $99 to have this company do the work. After 1.5 months, they hadn't even filed the required paperwork with the county, now the ad with the local paper (a requirement). I've called many many times, they never (an I mean never) return phone calls, nor have they completed the work. I sit on hold with their receptionist for 8 minutes at the moment waiting to speak with someone who will likely make more false promises.

Their business practices deserve legal action and they should be shut down permanently!
