Complaint Review: XKR Essex

They looked legitimate and have the BBB logo on their site, but beware! I ordered a bundled package. Everything I needed to comply with opening a small business. I got everything except the Business License I ordered. I placed my order in January 2005 and it is now June 2005. Every email inquiry I was told the city was backed up and that XKR, Essex Inc. called on my behalf and it would be in the mail soon. It has not arrived and when I called on the phone I have been given the run around. No resolution. Sometimes no one answers the phone and there is no voicemail. I most likely lost my money on this one and will have to file with the city myself and pay for again.
