Complaint Review: XL Pharmacy

XL Pharmacy Paid for order, and order has never been recieved, will not respond to refund request! Seychelles Nationwide

I am currently without health insurance, and I ordered a medication I have been on some tim from XL Pharmacy, this is like my second or third order from them, with no previous issues until I placed a order last month. Last months order was never recieved, and after contacting XL Pharmacy several times, they refuse to do anything. I spoke them firstly on "live chat" with a person who had the chat name of Peter Love, and informed him that the medication(Lexapro) had not been recieved, he said to wait until the end of the week and then let them know if the medication had not been recieved then, it was never recieved, and i have emailed them several times since then only to get them same response over and over. Due to not recieving this medication and having to stop 'cold turkey" it has caused me several health issues.

tommorow i am contacting my bank and telling them that XL refuses to resolve the issue, and filing a dispute with them to try and get the money back on my credit card. I have a saved screen shot of the "live chat' with peter Love, and saved email that XL keeps sending me saying the same thing over and over, yet doing nothing to resolve my complaint. They just say that my issue has been placed on a "ticket" and Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this Ticket. I wanted to post a update, after I emailed XL again, and posted my rip-off report on them, I recieved a email that the order would be re-shipped free of charge, they were issuing a refund, and that I would recieve 25% off of all future orders. The refund was indeed credit back to my credit card recently. I have yet to recieve the actual medication, but I am satisfied that they refunded my money.
