XLPharmacy Received payment, says it shipped, never received, will not answer phone calls or email Mahe Mahe, Seychelles
I will state thqt I have used their services and received their products before this with no hassle. Unfortunately things seem to have taken a turn for the worse.
After placing my order on 12-29 I checked my order status and could 'see' that it apparently had shipped on the 2nd. After waiting 14 business days I called and was assured that the product shipped and to wait two more days. I created a 'support ticket' on the site and was given the same generic 'some orders take longer to be received.' Another call got the same result, the rehearsed skit of 14 to 21 business days.
I then created another support ticket. To this day (1-30) there has been no reply or update. They have stopped answering their phone as well, which all calls go directly to a voice mailbox that is full and cannot receive any more messages.
I have been forced to dispute the charges, which I foolishly used my debit card because they no longer accept Master Card and only Visa.
This should have sent a big WARNING up and for future reference if you purchase anything online NEVER USE A DEBIT CARD.
