I ordered a free 10-day trial offer, via internet, paying only S&H of $4.95. Seven days later, I was charged $139.97. I never received a product from them until 09/01/2009, Twelve days from the original order date. I tried to cancel during and after the trial period, by phone (that's all they give for contacting them) many, many times on different days at different times of day, waiting 25 minutes on one occasion, to no avail. On 08/31/2009 I started calling them over and over by redial, as well as, e-mailing them continuously (I found the e-mail address, on a complaint site, provided by another unhappy customer). That morning, I went to my Credit Union and initiated a charge-back, at a fee of $25.00. That same afternoon, I received a call from a rep. of the company; his name is Robert Marcano. My phone was turned off and I didn't find out until later that evening. I called a few times, but no answer. On 09/01/2009, I started the calling/e-mail process again and he finally called back. I was then able to cancel, but he said no refunds. I told him I only received the trial that day and he said that that was incorrect, just as my bank statement was incorrect - of the charge dates. I mentioned complaint sites I found, where people said that they couldn't cancel because no one would answer the phone; he said that was incorrect, also. So, even though I recouped most of the money from my bank, I still had to pay the bank fee.

Nice to hear that you recouped most of your money, hope all goes well with me too, cross your fingers.  Maybe if the banks/credit card companies start making this company accountable, future victims will not appear.
