XM Brands - XM Labs, I ordered a risk free trial for $4.95. It was not sent to me until after the 10 days and at that time I was also charged $139.97 on my credit card and had not even received the trial. Hollywood, Florida
I had the same thing happen to me as many people have, I was charged $4.95 for a 10 day trial, did not receive it until after that time, and was charged $139.97 before I even received the trial. I disputed it with my credit card company and had the money reversed and closed my card. Today I received another letter from Visa and they have charged it back to me due to XM Labs disputing my dispute. They sent all this small print crap that was not on the website when I ordered the product. What I don't get is how can they wait after the ten days to send the trial and then argue with you that you could have cancelled in ten days. "ALEX" at XM Labs says it's ten days from the order date. I continued to argue that "why would I cancel before I got the product. The ten day risk free trial time is totally misrepresented. They will not take returns and refuse to give a refund. The credit card company says "They have determined that the merchant has not violated an operation regulation" WHAT!!! Let's ask all of the unhappy trial orderers. Something needs to be done to stop this company from ripping off consumers anymore...

It is trade marked by Sirius XM satellite radio. This needs looking into.
