Complaint Review: XM HEALTH & BEAUTY

XM HEALTH & BEAUTY I was first chaged 1.00 for shipping of a kit, only to discover a second billing of 84.84 five days later. I was told that I needed to opt out of their program. I did not see this charge initially. Internet

As I started to say, I was offered a google starter kit, to be shipped at 1.99. I received a receipt for 1.00 for shipping, to post links on the internet. Five days later I discover that I am charged 84.84 to XM Health and Beauty. When I called to ask what the charge was for, I was told that I had not read the opt out clause, which was not visible at the time of purchase. I still do not know what this charge is for, as I was waiting to receive my kit in the mail. Clever scam, but not so easy for the bank to dispute. I would love to have a class action suit filed against this company and this practice in general. They allowed me to go into their site and cancel, but they did not remove the charge, nor would they tell me what I was being billed for.  I have contacted the better business bureau in West Palm Beach, Florida, which is where this company claims to originate.
