On August 7, 2009 I contacted a company which was featured on CNN Money web site as an unbelievably successful work from home situation connected with Google. I clicked on the link and was taken to a page that offered information for one dollar. I foolishly ordered the information using my debit card. The transaction showed up on my Chase account as "XM Health & Beauty 1-800-864-9920." On August 12, 2009, a charge appeared on my debit card from the same merchant for $55.97. I tried to call the 800 number but got only a recorded message thanking me for my call and saying a customer rep would be with me soon. Then there was a series of beeps and the call was disconnected.
