XM Labs Ordered sample of pills and cream, billed $139.97 before I even got sample, contacted bank about unauthorized charge Hollywood Florida

I ordered a sample of cream and pills from XM Labs. I was charged $4.95 for the shipping of the samples.
A few days later I was charge $139.97 on my credit card. I had not yet received the samples. I did not authorize this charge to my account. Not only that but I had not received the product I was being billed for.
I contacted the bank and filed a dispute claim.
I was called by UPS yesterday stating that a package was being delivered today which required my signature. I contacted UPS with the tracking number I was given and found that it was sent by XM Labs. I am going to refuse the package when UPS attempts to deliver it to me.
