Complaint Review: XM Labs

I decided to spend $4.95 on a "free" sample of acai berry. By the time I received it, XM Labs had already charged my card $140. I called my bank & they gave me XM Labs phone number. After 10 min. on hold. it was explained to me that "I didn't understand" & they would not refund any money, even though they did not send anything other than my "free" sample.
I was skeptical of acai to begin with & now I know. If acai worked, XM Labs wouldn't have to resort to being thieves to sell it.
Make no mistake... XM Labs is a bunch of thieves who make money stealing from people & NOT from selling a weight loss product.
