Complaint Review: XM Labs

I signed up for the free trial and paid $4.95 for the shipping and handling. I read through the fine print but did not interpret that I was obligating myself to anything else but promising to try this product. When I received the sample, I immediately told a friend it and was shocked into reality. She told me that this was a scam, she knew someone else who had fallen prey and that I should google XM labs and read all the negative reports. I decided not to use the product since I was now doubtful that it was all that it was advertized to be, since the company did not have a good reputation, it may even be harmful to my health.

The very next day I received a second shock when my bank account was debited in the amount of $139.95. I immediately called my bank and reported a nonauthorized transaction, and they promised to investigate and temporarily refunded my money pending the outcome of the investigation.

About a week later I received two bottles of the product. Since then I have been calling and trying to return them. I either got hung up on (6 times)put on hold (10 times), directed to a mailbox that was full (3 times). Once I spoke to a live person who took my name and number and promised to call me back.No such luck.

My problem is that my bank will decide that this was a legitimate transaction after all since I did receive the product and rescind the refund.
