Complaint Review: XM Radio

XM Radio everyone here is lost and doesn't have a clue to help you ?? Nationwide

I received a radio from XM, it worked for exactly one week and then stopped working. I called XM they told me to ship it back and they would issue a new radio. The one I sent back made it to XM but UPS lost the new radio and I never received it.

I called XM they issued 4 tracers for the package, they even received the insurance money back for the radio from UPS (I called and talked to UPS) I never received the radio, they refused to send me a new one. I have been calling XM for 5 months for either a new radio or a refund.

They told me since they had already shipped the radio they couldn't give me a new one unless I wanted to pay another $60 for a new radio. They also said they can't refund my money since all sales are final. I said but I never received it so how can you charge me you can't charge me for something I never recieved. The girl just kept repeating all sales are final... so I called VISA, money returned no problem! No one at XM wants to help you they just want to transfer you to someone else. Bad customer service!!!
