We paid our bill with our debit card as we always do and 2 days later they decided to take another payment out . That caused some checks to bounce so we immediately did what anybody would do we called them. After dealing with the maze of foreign countries we were able to finally get to the corporate office and speak to someone with at least a limited understand of the American language. After an exhaustive game of phone and fax time i was able to get them to admit their fault. So we gave them the #s they needed to return the money and all service charges. AND NOW THE REST OF THE STORY! After waiting the required time that they said they needed to reverse their mistake still no refund. So back on the magic telephone we go but this time we was able to get right back to the original person we visited with initially. I get told that the funds were sent back to my debit card and should be there according to their records. Well to make a long story short after another phone tag session with XM my bank and back to XM more times that i care to remember we found out that instead of sending it to my debit card they sent it to a visa card . We then called visa with the # and routing # given to us by XM. Visa informed me that the #s are invalid!Its been over 90 days since this incident. After visiting with our lawyer it would not be economical to go after them for such an amount so we've decided to proceed as follows;

1. This Letter to all you good folks .

2. Excersise my rights and invest in a sign that will roll around all my company vehicles take out adds in every rural magazine, Etc. So that every body can see what type of companey they are in case they  might be interested in their service .

I understand your frustration issues with the language barrier...most calls to XM customer service are handled in India.

However, the subscription service only cost 12.99 a month, which breaks down to less then 44 cents a day . Is that really worth investing in a roll around sign on all your company vehicle's because of a billing error?
