XM Satilite Radio ripoff took money out of my account after cancelling Internet

I bought a new computer and I payed for xm radio by the company that I bought my computer from and I was to get 30 day free trial so I signed up for my trial. The next day or so there was money taken out of my account for this service so I have e-mailed them due to the fact that there was not a number to call them but anyway they put the money back into the account. Then I wrote another e-mail on or about the 25th of Nov. to cancel my free trial and they sent me a e-mail telling me that I needed to go to a differant web site to cancel so I did.

On the Nov. 30th guess what they took more money out of my account and let my say I was not in the least happy about this because we pay alot of bills and this one little thing could have caused alot of other issues like : Bounced/Insufesent fund this is never happened to me nor will it but if a company is able to take money and never contact via phone,letter, and or e-mail I would have bounced checks. I think that this is a fraud to the people that get a 30 day free trial and someone is taking money before they are suppose to......... I GUESS FREE AIN'T FREE LIKE THE WEB SITE SAYS IT IS.......

I want to thank whoever for taking the time to look at this case. I am not looking for hand outs nor don't I want something for nothing I pay my bills and don't have a problem paying for something that I want.. This kind of thing has to stop there should be a rule that before any money is taking out of someones account or credit card they should have to notify the person that they are taking the money from so it can be deducted from the proper accounts. Again thanks for listen/reading about my concerns.
