When I first came on with this company they said that they had been battling XO for the last 18 months over billing mistakes. I took over the fight and upon reading our contacts I found that not only were they very misleading but that also took advantage of there customers. After another 3 months we we're finally credited $42,000. We could'nt cancel there service at the time because we were under contart with them but as soon as the 1st contract was up for NY office I got a new provider. I cancelled the NY services 1/07 and as of today 5/24 we are still being billed. I hjave no doubt that this will take another year to settle. I strongly advise using another communications company, I think you'll find most others are a lot less expensive anyway. We have found Packet8 (nationwide) and optonline.net (NY) to be not only customer friendly but quality and cost effective as well.
