The branch of XO Communications - Concentric XO SVCS has not refunded the full amount of the web hosting charge of $187 posted to the AMEX credit card on 03/31/07.
The service has been cancelled in 10 day within 30-days of "free, no-hassle refund trial".The refund posted was $162.00.

The CSR by the name "Joanna" refused to tranfer the call to the supevisor. Ticket#CCR2966886. To find the reason of the non-credited $25 Joanna put the call on 20 minutes hold and still was not able to find any clause in terms for a non-refundable "setup fee".
