we booked a 6 days trip to taiwan thru XO Tour in Rosemead, California.
we were asked to pay for the service tips in advance at $7 dollars per day per person.
the tour was far from being pleasant, how to go after this complaint that we had? this tour agency charged us service fees one month before our trip.
They only accept cash and personal check. extra service fee for plastic. is it legal?
the CEO even lied to us that she'll be our tour guide, and speaks Engllish. the whole tour in Taiwan, my husband did not understand a word.
