Owners Ramon and Jayme Perez and District Manager Larry Sarapochiello are knowingly and maliciously defrauding their employees.

The Perez brothers have worked out a rip-off-the-worker shell game with the aid of Miami Beach shyster Doug Stratton (Stratton and Stratton) whereby they list the XOT employees as commission based sales personnel when in fact they are paid by the hour.

By calling the employees commission agents the company doesn't have to pay overtime. This allows the owners to pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars that should rightfully be paid to the sales staff.

XOT pays everybody $8 and hour or less. So if you've worked for them for 10 years or you started yesterday you get the same pay. No increase in pay EVER.

The Perez brothers prefer to hire illegal aliens because, according to Jayme Perez, they are fearful of being deported and will allow themselves to be bullied and intimidated.

XOT's stores include, Mixx and Scene on Miami Beach.
