Last year in late October I was approached by one of my old co-workers about a 'business investment' worth about $20,000. He told me that I would be able to make easy & quick money by applying for car loans through a fellow partner of his. I was told the process was totally legal & I had nothing to worry about. I met the owner Tony Doyle who was a fellow veteran & owner of the dealership. He basically said that the process was simple, I applied for the car loans for the 5 different banks & then they would pay me $20,000 plus improve my credit by doing so. They would pay them off 3 months afterward & also make the monthly payments until the cars were paid off.

At first, I was very hesitant because it didn't make a lot of sense but after a lot of conversations between Tony, my co-worker & Tony's partner Brandon I decided to continue. We began the process to apply to the banks & Tony started creating false pay stub documents for us to use as proof of income. Again I was very skeptical now but already being involved & Tony already having negatively affected my credit score by using my social to apply to all the banks, I felt like I had no choice. We continued the process but finally, banks started turning down my applications because they were very skeptical of Tony's business. When all was said & done they had marked my credit with 9 different inquiries & only 2 banks approved the loan.

Unfortunately, the two banks were Navy Federal Credit Union & USAA which are two bank accounts I actively use. Tony & his crew paid me out $7,700 for the process but I had to clean up the inquiries on my credit. My credit was up to a 753 & all seemed well unit a month later when the payment was 3 days late with Navy Federal Credit Union & they took the money out of my personal savings account. I was livid I called Tony & he promised to pay the money back. He put the money back in my account but this process would continue for 3 months straight until became so angry with Tony that I demanded the cars be paid off. He said the cars would be paid off soon & that I should have nothing to worry about but of course this was not the case.

Fast forward another two months & apparently Tony has become broke & cannot pay either of the loans with Navy Federal Credit Union or USAA. Now the accounts will be going into collection & Tony will not answer his phone, Brandon is nowhere to be found & my old co-worker can only suggest that I sue Tony & his business. Now even though I accept responsibly for being foolish enough to believe this was legal, I do not want others to face the same fate was me. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST TONY DOYLE OR XOTIC AUTO when it comes to anything business. I am now suing Tony & Xotic Auto for the auto loans but unfortunately, I had to transfer all of my money from the Navy Federal Credit Union & USAA bank accounts so none of my personal bank accounts would suffer. In the meantime, my credit is ruined & I also do not have access to any of my bank accounts. Like I said before AVOID ALL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH XOTIC AUTO & TONY DOYLE.

The Truth Hurts

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This person named Kyle Burkett came to my business partner at the time through a friend of his trying to get some money by using his credit. Against my better judgement, we helped him secure a loan through auto financing that later turned into a personal loan with his bank. My partner at the time made promises to Kyle that I was unaware of and were unrealistic before he skipped out on me and left me with this problem.

Now Kyle has tried to work with me to get a solution that will clean up this mess with the loan and his credit. This solution of course has taken much longer than expected and Kyle has resorted to slandering my name and company since he nor I cannot find my ex business partner. I plan to make Kyle whole again in due time but it just wont be on his timeline which is why he resorted to online slander like a child would.

You committed fraud by agreeing to utilize the phony pay stubs. As a result, it is unlikely that you will be successful in your lawsuit because you have ‘Unclean Hands’.
