This is a theme park, their main asset being zip lines.    They advertise an 88 to 300 pound weight limit.     The problem is that they are not equipt to handle large people.   They only have two size harnesses to handle the load window of 212 pounds.    They refuse service to those who don`t fit comfortably into the harnesses.    Their criteria involves waist and leg size, which they don`t disclose on their web site.   If you are refused they offer no refund.

It appears that this refusal is rudely delivered with the words "You`re to Fat".   This creates a very embarrassing situation for the victum as this is done if front of others waiting to ride.   The problem has been brought forth to the sales manager, but no correction has been made to their website.     Let the buyer beware!!!   They intice large people, who would like to try the sport with claim of 300 pound weight limit.  In actuallity they refused a member of our party who is about 210.

When they refuse you, they feel not need to offer a refund.   Had I known, I certainly would not have booked this tour.   This refusal ruined the day for they whole party of six, at a cost for park admission of 654.00USD.     This would have easily been avoided with disclosure of waist and leg size requirments.   To do this they would have to measured a large harness and post this on their website.   Looks like a cash grab....get them here, refuse those who don`t fit, and keep the cash!!!!!
