Xpress-rx.com I ordered 2 prescriptions on 12/28 have not received and they cannont give me a straight answer as to what the problem is California

I have sucessfully ordered from this co. in the past and got my merchandise in a reasonable amount of time. This time I haven't received my orders and when I call I get a big run around. They gave me tracking numbers for FEDEX but when I check out that site they say the company got the tracking numbers but no packages have been put in their possession. Should I cancel my order???
