X-press Vanlines picked up my shipment of personal goods and promised to deliver to another state by agreed upon date. The delivery date passed. They did not and would not give any specifics regrading whereabouts or delivery.

After I called several times regarding my delivery and whereabouts of belongings, they gave me two bogus drivers numbers to call to locate my belongings. They have not given me any concrete information as to delivery date or whereabouts of belongings.

When confronted about specifics regarding delivery and whereabouts, Sergio Sanchez the X-Press Vanlines dispatcher became hostel and hung up on me.

It has been over 45 days since I saw my belongings. I have no idea when they will arrive or if they ever will.

I have several unresolved issues with X-press Van Lines, but if you check their website, it has been shut down. The telephone has been disconnected. Per the website for Florida corporations, a dissolution of corporation was filed by owner Keren Lugasi on 9/1/11. I have filed complaints with the DOT, the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida attorney general, and the BBB.

You should probably begin the process of filing formal complaints.
