Complaint Review: Xpressary

Xpressary Ripped off- took my money and didn't send my money Los Angeles Internet

I purchased two shirts from Xpressary in the begining of March. I paid about $50 and didn't receive it with the rush order extra shipping fee that I paid a week later when I was suppose to receive it. I contacted them and they said that it would arrive the following week. This went on and on and on for several months. They kept saying that they see that my order has been processed but still I never received my products and it is now the end of June. I asked for a refund and/or a tracking number. They have now ignored all of my emails and have not helped me no matter how many times I try to reach them. I gave them the order number, etc and they refused to help me. Now, the website says temporarily offline and that it will be back soon. This company takes people's money and doesn't provide the products that you purchased. I have tried calling too but this ghetto sounding lady answers and says that I have the wrong number. Don't ever buy from this company.. if it is even one.

They're terrible people. Just a scam company. I hope this company and all of these people get in serious trouble. Looks like multiple people have been ripped off by them as well.
