xprite xprite usa lied about where my package was, say delivery in 48hrs but its been 11 days Chino Ca

Buyer beware, apparently when you order a product off xprites webiste, there is no tracking number, nowhere to track package, the staff at xprite have no idea whats going on with your product, they told me 2 weeks ago, even though your product was ordered on are website, it will be shipped from amazon fullfillment center, and you should have in a few days.

Well that was 10 days ago, and still no package, so i called again today, the staff still lost, they said my package is in oregon, now remember i ordered it from southern ca, and i am in the bay area. They then gave me a tracking number, and i asked were do i eneter tracking number, lady said there is nowhere to enter it.

So they conversation did me no good, because they could not tell me when i will get my package, all they said is we will send you a screenshot of where it is. what is wrong with people, are they that clueless they cant run a business?
