Complaint Review: Xpsmods.com

Ordered 12 piece deluxe xbox mod kit for my son's christmas gift.The kit came with no list of parts are instructions. We notified xpsmods they sent us to a link for instructions we then found out our kit was missing parts.

We notified xpsmods, they sent email explanning how to return kit and if we wanted credit to our account or refund. we asked for a refund check to be sent to us.

The kit was returned 01/13/2005 since then we have had numerous emails back and fourth. first they said their accountant would credit our account, then they said they no longer had access to our credit number, that they would send a check.

After 2 weeks no check. we replied they said the check was lost in the file. they would send it today. A little longer than a week, we reaceved a confermation number that a package had been mailed.

Two weeks later no mail. replied back to xpsmods they said the check must of been lost in mail. Last email recieved from xpsmods on 05/04/2005 said they would send another check it is now 05/15/2005 still no check. BUYER BEWARE
