I ordered from XR LLC an adult toy store. I found that they have been the defendant to several lawsuits and scammed multiple people after the fact. I contacted Isaac to do a return. He states that there are no exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Stocking storing and shipping would be considered unsanitary being that the package is touched by humans. Although I found that you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days for store credit only and item must be in original packaging. Exchanges must be broken defective or damaged and can be exchanged for same item and get approval via email before exchange is accepted.
