Wheels ordered for my car on 9/26/11.  I was promised 14-20 business days for delivery.  3 weeks passed and I was told, on the phone, by Jimmy Sturgill, that there was a backorder on tires.  I was understanding but frustrated with this because I was already having a promise broken.  This is where it gets crazy.  I contacted the other person I had been dealing with (Talethia Shareef) and she basically called Jimmy a liar. (I have a thread of emails from 9/26 all the way through today's date that will blow your mind).  She said that Jimmy didn't know what he was talking about and that there was a delay (God knows what their excuse was this time).  Long story short, this goes back and forth and on and on with emails, lies, more emails, more lies, rudeness, and complete disregard for any kind of customer appreciation.  Fast forward to mid-November.  Still the same lies over and over and over.  I have now made myself familiar with at least 2-3 other employees (contacted them repeatedly with no replies) to try and straighten this thing out.  Finally, I get Talethia to agree to cancel my order.  She then proceeds to tell me I owe shipping and restocking fees (this happened twice during the ordeal).  I replied with "Shipping and restocking for what?  I never received my wheels and we cancelled the order".  Fast forward to 12/15/11 (<---original due date that got pushed back a month from 11/15/11 because they still hadn't delivered my wheels), my bank account was drafted for 109.00 from their company.  I sent multiple emails to all of the people that I had dealt with.  Talethia (wasn't expecting anyone to help at this point) was the only one to respond and said that I would have to talk to "collections" to figure it all out.  Collections???  You mean like, you need to collect money from me in return for something I never received and cancelled???   I contact my bank and they agree to stop payment on the transaction.  I pay 29.00 out of my account to do this.  Fast forward to this morning.  Brian from xrimz collections calls and leaves a semi-threatening message that says my payment was returned and it was a very serious offense.  I cannot even describe the anguish I went through dealing with this company.  Again, I have multiple emails from them that shows their constant disregard for the customer, inability to deliver, and the most obvious....steal my money.  Fortunately, I know someone at my credit union that was able to react in enough time to get me a fraction of my money back.  Since this transaction, I have read multiple reports online that xrimz has either ripped someone off, not delivered on time, or been rude to their customers.  I have literally gone through the most unneccessary amount of stress over this transaction.  It has been absolutely absurd what I had to deal with.  I am in customer service (7 years) myself and I can tell you that every person working for this company would be fired, in any normal working environment (especially mine), immediately if they treated a customer the way I was treated.  Also, they are located in severaly different locations.  I originally ordered from someone in Virginia.  Supposedly, the finance company is tied in with the two websites mentioned above.  They never answer their phone either.  They will only try to communicate through email.  I am not sure why that is, as they have left a paper trail.  I can prove everything that is written above all the way down to the phone message from "collections".  One other thing, them withdrawing this money caused my car payment to bounce.  These people are preying on their customers and if you try to fight them on it they just make your life miserable in return.  They accused me of threatening them, being impatient, and a whole laundry list of other things.  Stay away from these people at all costs.

I can play this game Miss Talethia.  I am Jason Mitchell.  There is my name.  Now, you are still lying.  Never once was I told that anything was on backorder.  You lied your way around it until I became so frustrated that I took action.  You were so concerned with holding onto my business (because you obviously needed it) that you forgot I was a customer.  You strung me along for months, threatened to collect on a debt that didn't exist, and were nothing but rude the whole time.  I have emails too Talethia.  All of them, as a matter of fact.  Just keep going and I will keep having rebuttals.  We can do this all day long if you want.  Scam artist....

First I would like to say I am Talethia and I have no problem stating I work for Xrimz because I do and have for a long time.  I would not tell anyone I dont work there when I have for almost 10 years.  If your order does not ship within the estimated time 14 business days (WHICH IS NOT A GUARANTEE, Clearly the website says average ship time) then the merchandise they ordered was on backorder or not available.  We are only open Monday through Friday so business days do not include the weekend.  We offer financing to customers, the merchandise ships from the distributor or the manufacturer.  I don't see how you can scam someone by offering them money to buy merchandise they applied for.  We have over 12k customers and any business has complaints.  My problem is if you are going to mention names below mention your own so we can tell the real story.  If a customer needs customer service they need to contact customer service and not their sales rep for shipping updates.  They can only tell you if the merchandise is available not when it will ship.  If a customer wants to cancel the fee is 75.00 plus restocking fees if your order has already shipped or if the wheels had to be special ordered.  I can guarantee this customer below is not telling the whole story.  We would not charge a customer to cancel if they waited past the shipping time due to a delay on our part.  Some people are unhappy no matter what and in this case I am sure if you provide your name we will find the truth and I have all the documentation necessary for any complaint.

EVEN MORE BAD NEWS AND MUCH WORSE

I have been told on several occasions the order and account have been cancelled.  Now, not only are they still harrassing me and saying I owe them money, they are reporting to all three agencies that I have credit with them.  I never received the product nor did they even come close to delivering what they promised.  Do not go on their website either.  I am sure there is phishing going on from there.  Again, hole in the wall brokers here.  Bad, bad news.  Talethia Shareef (mcoutlet.com), Robert Cunningham (xrimz)....you know who you are.  Americans ripping off other Americans, never thought I would see the day!

I just got an email back from Talethia Shareef telling me she didn't work for xrimz and that she didn't personally take any of my money.  Also, check out www.mcoutlet.com     Mcoutlet.com is the ending of her email address.  It must be another branch they use to rip you off and not deliver products.
