Purchased a mini sewing machine in December 2009 - was cheap, tiny and did not work properly so I returned it. Was informed they did not do refunds and that t he model I had was sold out so I opted to upgrade to the larger sewing machine.  


The woman (I'm told manager) I was dealing with was extremely rude and had no business working in a retail environment.  Her condescending attitude and appalling behavior did not go unnoticed and people who were standing in line behind me where putting down their purchases and walking out the store.

I was still having issues with the larger model of sewing machine (which was not refurbished) and took it to a seamstress friend to see if she could figure it out.

She informed me that the machine was built wrong, had no tension and was looping knots in the material and that it should be returned and sent back to the company.

I have bypassed going back to the store because I refuse to deal with the sub standard customer service reps and know full well they will not return it and have opted to contact their customer service directly.

Still awaiting a reply.

JUST SAY NO TO THIS STORE!!!  It sells poorly constructed and broken merchandise, the worse sales reps I've ever encountered and has no return policy in place so the customer will always lose out!

I was there with my mother and son the day that happened.  We did put down everything and left and have never returned since.  I plan on NEVER returning to this location or any other of their locations.  I too have complained about the incident to their customer service and I too am awaiting reply.... obviously they do not care.
