I signed up for a full year contract (paid in full) after being told my wife would be also be covered. My wife was then turned away today after being told she would also have to pay for another membership despite what I was told by the previous sales person.
The irony - i am a military veteran who signed up on memorial day. Way to support your troops.
Thanks to the GM - Fred for basically showing me the door with a sorry but nothing I can do but retrain the sales person.
