Complaint Review: XSport

I have purchased a membership plan for a year and then canceled it within 3 business days and according to the policy I should get a full refund. However, I did not get up until now. I called so many times and every time I call they come up with something.

I talked to Mayday, Ashor, and Finally Miguel who hanged up on me because he did not want to help me. They all agree that I should get my refund, but I did not get it. Maybe they planning to send it to my heirs!
I need my refund.
