XToysUSA.com TempoX LLC, tempox.net, spylog.ru Took my money, never sent product, never responded to queries, Internet

Placed an order more than a week ago.  Received a confirmation e-mail that read:

"According to our store policy, please, allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail containing tracking information.

"You can access your order information (order status, tracking information, special instructions) online at any time by logging into your account.

"If an item you have ordered is on a backorder you will be notified by email."


As of this writing, there has been no follow-up.  The purchased items have not shipped. No one ever answers the company's "customer service" phone, and no one returns calls when messages have been left. The company does not answer e-mails requesting updates on order status. Hidden code in page source reveals this site is affiliated with a Russian web site called spylog.ru and its parent company is TempoX LLC, operating through a front company known as tempox.net (which calls itself a web-design company).

Update: Vendor responded, shipped merchandise

Tempo-X finally responded via e-mail and sent confirmation that it had shipped my order but simply hadn't told me about it. I'm awaiting delivery of merchandise to confirm that it is as-ordered.  If the right items arrive, then I will consider the matter resolved.
