Xtra-PC+ the part they sent me did not work as advertised Haxtun Colorado
I ordered Xtra-PC on line,it was suppose to bring new life to old copmputers. I inserted the part and followed the directions and it screwed up my computer and it took me a little bit longer than one hour to get my computer back . When I recieved this part there was no paperwork in the package just the paperwoek for installing the program,In order to return the part they want RMA#. returns must be made within 30 days, you must include your order# (that I don't have did not use one), if you don't have these you willnot get a refund after you send the part back and they keep the part.
